Visiting the website

To deliver a page, the web server necessarily processes your IP address. It writes no access logs; nothing is stored after delivery. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure operation of the website).

Cookies and local storage

The website sets no cookies for visitors. If you pick light or dark, your browser remembers it in local storage on your device; it is never transmitted. Only the admin area under /admin sets a session cookie after sign-in.

Fonts and third-party content

This server delivers fonts and all files itself. There are no analytics tools, embedded videos or social media buttons.

Downloads and update checks

You download installers directly from this server (downloads.*). Unless you turned it off, the desktop client asks update.* for a new version on start. As with any page request the server sees your IP address. Nothing is logged or stored here either. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (delivering security and bug fixes).

Links to other websites, such as GitHub, lead to their operators. Their privacy policy applies only once you follow such a link.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
